You’re using equal parts of 3% oxygen peroxide and white distilled or apples that are vinegar you’re using like a tablespoon of each one added to your rag along with your body wash while you’re in the shower and you’re taking your regular shower when you get to your hair you can just use the vinegar. Don’t do this no more than four times a week. Do not use a plastic loofah and turn on an exhaust door open a window I haven’t done either of those for 3 1/2 years, but I just need to tell you. Track
